What data we process and why

• Enquiries: if you contact us by email, WhatsApp or phone, we process the data you give us (name, contact details and the content of your message) to reply to you and, where applicable, to provide the service you request.
• Usage statistics: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects browsing data (pages visited, device type and approximate location) to produce statistics on how the website is used.
• Social networks: if you follow the links to our profiles, each social network processes your data under its own privacy policy.
• Spotify player: this website includes a Spotify playlist that only loads if you press the button to show it. When you do, your browser connects to Spotify, which receives technical data (such as your IP address and browser information) and may store its own cookies.

This website has no forms or user accounts: we only process the data you choose to send us.

Legal basis

• Enquiries: your consent when you contact us and, if you request a service, taking pre-contractual steps or performing the contract (article 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Analytics: your consent (article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time using “Cookie settings”.
• Spotify player: your consent, which you give by pressing the button to show the playlist (article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

How long we keep your data

Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and, if you become a client, for the duration of the relationship and the legal limitation periods for any resulting liabilities. Analytics data is kept for the retention period configured in Google Analytics.

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. The following service providers may access it as data processors, only to provide their services to us: our web hosting provider, our email provider, WhatsApp (Meta), if you write to us that way, Google, as our analytics provider.

Google LLC may process data outside the European Economic Area; it participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission recognises as ensuring an adequate level of protection.

If you load the Spotify player, Spotify AB (Sweden) processes the data it receives under its own privacy policy (https://www.spotify.com/legal/privacy-policy/). If you do not press the button, Spotify receives no data about your visit.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to noelialcaldeprofesora@hotmail.com. If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
